The Allergan Consumable Block

If you buy a used CoolSculpting Legacy, you cannot simply call Allergan and order treatment cards. Allergan enforces a "recertification fee" on secondary market buyers (often quoted between $20,000 and $40,000). Until this fee is paid, they will not sell you the consumable cards required to run the machine. Do not buy a used CoolSculpting machine unless the seller is including hundreds of pre-loaded cycles, or you have already negotiated your recertification fee.
